Kentech LLP in Sakhalin, Russia is looking for HVAC Field Design Engineer
Study Kentech and client design and engineering standards, specifications and procedures and incorporate these into project design deliverables for turnover to client.
Produce all project engineering and design deliverables from initial concept ideas, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data.
Develop cost estimates for FEED (Front End Engineering Design) and Detailed Design phases.
Align drawing development with Russian GOST R regulations.
Produce all Front End Engineering & Design (FEED) and Detailed Design deliverables from initial concept ideas, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data.
Produce all design deliverables in English and Russian languages, using the correct legends & symbols, style names, dimensions, layers, coordinates, location references and numbering specifications.
Development of HVAC Flow Diagrams for main process and auxiliary systems including; HVAC P&ID; Process Flow Diagram (PFD);
Utility Flow Diagrams (UFD), Duct and Air Distribution diagrams; Ducting & Instrument Diagram (D&ID); HVAC Isometrics; HVAC Logic Control Diagrams;
HVAC Equipment and System Data Sheets; General Specifications, Technical Studies, Reports and Assessments.
In pre-execution project phase, utilize detailed design deliverables to support the population of execution work packages for execution teams.
Support project execution and ensure compliance with Kentech Group IMS Procedures, site environmental policies and Russian standards & regulations.
Qualifications & Experience :
Expert, demonstrable AutoCAD experience and skills necessary
Knowledgeable in Multi-Discipline construction terminology, Contractor Interfacing, Project Engineering and EPC Project phases
Excellent written communication skills in English
Experience in utilizing International standards, National Regulations, Codes and Technical Specifications for drafting design deliverables.
Location : Chayvo, Sakhalin-1 Project
Work schedule : 6 weeks on, 6 weeks off
