As an experienced Order Fulfilment Coordinator and a customer service expert, you will ensure both Internal and External customer satisfaction through timely and efficient fulfilment of internal & external orders and provision of support to maintain effective logistics function across the region.
With your excellent organisational skills, you will deliver timely, accurate and effective processing of sales orders and purchase orders to enable their accuracy in order fulfilment.
You are a collaborative individual and will work closely with the Bradken Sales teams and Freight and Purchasing staff liaising about orders from manufacturing plants and other third-party suppliers to ensure customer requirements are satisfied.
You will support the Warehouse Team on daily transportation needs for order despatch and receipt if and when required.
With utmost customer focus, you will support our Sales teams on progressing Forward Orders on a regular basis as directed.
