Main responsibilities of the Application Support position :
Providing a consistent level of service for all applications (global and local) by coordinating the work of local and global user support services;
Providing an effective assessment related to incidents, changes in applications;
Discussion, coordination and management of application service agreements.
Develop project plans, goals, and budgets;
Identify internal and third parties / vendors resources needed;
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
Manage project team to accomplish project purpose;
Develop project documentation / specification based on customers’ requirements;
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendors;
Manage stakeholder relationship.
Main requirements :
Higher education, work experience of 5 years in an IT position that including application support;
Work experience in a large international company using internal and external IT services, as well as good practical knowledge of managing global / local applications;
Russian - fluent, English - intermediate level;
Individual entrepreneur (for a contract signing).
Technical requirements :
Strong knowledge of 1C;
Knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365 applications;
It is advisable to have experience in SAP, MS SQL.
