Main Duties & Responsibilities
The Senior Sales Therapy Development Specialist promotes and sells Medtronic's products andservices within an assigned geographic area and / or specific customer accountsto meet or exceed sales targets.
Promotes the sale of products to new and established accounts to achievesales objectives and greater market penetration.
Assists partners / clients throughout the sales process in allsales-oriented activities, such as marketing, advertising, sales promotions andtraining, to achieve revenue targets.
Achieves sales goals by optimizing and maintaining a steady andqualified channel network.
Identifies and networks with reliable channels, resulting in deepermarket penetration and wider market reach.
Maximizes revenues from sales of the organization's products and / orservices through a base of channel partners.
Partners with internal stakeholders to set short- and long-term saleschannel strategies and evaluates effectiveness of current programs.
Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering , nursing, or related sciences
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience experience
Experienced in participation in tenders
Expertise with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Fluency in English language both written and verbal
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic in accomplishing objectives of the position
Strong communicationand social skills to maximize internal and external collaboration
Able to work ininternational environment and diversity
Adaptive in the fast moving and changingcorporate environment
Creative problem solving
Ambitious and willing to take challenges
Drive for results; achieving objectives
