Job Description :
Monitoring and reporting related to the data of Sea Water Intake Station (SWIS), CGF process, wells testing, wells operation and oil pumping operations.
Ensures export and record of sold gas amount
Prompt monitoring of technological process on all processing stages which include crude separation, desalination and dehydration, produce and sea water treatment and injection and recording of parameters in the logbook
Ensures that labor protection instructions, rules and standards are observed during oil &gas export / sales operations and Sea Water Intake System operating
Ensures all data required is recorded which include levels in caisson and buffer vessel, pumping units’ performance parameters, readings of meter unit, chemicals used
Monitoring over proper operation of oil processing, gas plant and SWIS equipment. Provide process operation at all methods of oil production, well uptime and sea water treatment and injection
Monitoring over actual consumption and concentration of chemical reagents applied, taking actions for maintaining appropriate flow rate in accordance with approved rates
Prepares and provides technological equipment for repair, take a part in equipment back receipt from repair
Determining the nature of defects in the operation of equipment and instrumentation
Maintains fixed communication with CCR operators, timely informs CCR operator and Shift Supervisor of all failures in process and actions taken for remedy
Prepares Notification for repair and requests for purchasing equipment, materials, spare parts required for oil & gas metering stations
Prepares export plans and programs and present them to Lead Production Supervisor
Coordinates actions of all involved contractors
Preparation of all required documentation in line with RK rules on oil & gas export / sales
Ensures preparation of oil and gas metering stations for inspection and certification by state supervisory body
Participates in investigating causes of equipment accident
Supervision over implementation of repair works at equipment
Prepares reports as per approved forms and standards
Carries out maintenance of the injection wells and pumping equipment
Provides timely and accurate data acquisition. Measures values of various process parameters using instruments transfer the wells operation parameter data
Monitoring and reporting on CGF and SWIS process data
Controls and reports on operation of wells and beam pumps
Determining the nature of failures in operation of surface and subsurface equipment located at well sites, monitoring and reporting of all faults
Carries out minor repair works
Participates in preparation of wells for survey and development and putting them into operation; pressure testing of pipelines and process equipment
Takes part in assembling and disassembling of simple and medium complexity oil field equipment, units and mechanisms
Takes part in preparing the wells for workover and servicing and accept them after same
Takes part in the maintenance of wells service lines (gas manifolds, gas separator and heat exchangers)
Assists Lead Production Supervisor when performing any types of works at the well sites, at CGF and SWIS
Monitors and provides process data reports on the external oil pumping unit during the export operations
Work place cleaning and support fixed area, keeping equipment and tools in proper condition
Carries out requirements of rules and norm on labor protection, production sanitary, firefighting safety, and environment protecting measures rules
Ensures that the works are performed in strict compliance with the HSE standards of the Company and as established by the RoK laws
Promptly and accurately executes orders and instructions of the management and his immediate supervisor related to his duties
Requirements :
Secondary professional (technical) education
Work experience by specialty no less than 3 years
Language skills : English
Computer skills : MS Office
