Your work-life opportunity :
As Technical Support CRM Specialist you will work with the our Live Operations Platforms (Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Voice Platform, Chatbot, Quality Assurance (QA), Learning Management System (LMS), Knowledge Base, etc.
to support users, troubleshoot issues and implement new configurations.
Be a part of a team where you will :
Become a technical expert with Customer Service Platforms support (training will be provided)
Support users with questions or incidents related to platforms
Implement new configurations to support operations
Escalate requests to providers when needed
Work closely with platforms team to apply procedures and coordinate tasks
Participate to recurring reviews with platforms vendors
Build and update internal knowledge base
You have :
Past experience in technical support role
General technical knowledge (network, systems, scripting, API)
Experience with cloud / SaaS platforms is a plus
Problem-solving skills : no problem is too small or too big
Results oriented, autonomous and efficient
Proficiency in English is desirable
