Key Responsibilities :
Analyze market and brand performance, Monitor competitive activities, regularly execute price monitoring; prepare regular performance reports + upon management requests
Monthly forecast the demand of the brands responsible for together with analysts
Develop, present and control marketing expenses, produce monthly reports
Develop, present, execute and control marketing activities relevant for different target audiences (Team members, Pharmacists, Ph.
Chain managers, Consumers, HCPs) to drive the sustainable growth of the brands responsible for
Plan, execute and monitor trade promotional programs for Consumers, Pharmacists and Ph.Chains; develop promotional materials, presentational materials as well as supporting data in coordination with the related departments;
manage and implement activities within the approved budget.
Develop plans for new products launching in coordination with related departments (KAD, Operations and Business Development)
Prepare Brand plans with analysis, strategic & finance path for the next 5 years
Prepare LRP forecasting for the brands responsible for
Other Responsibilities :
Ensure excellent cross-functional collaboration with other departments
Initiate changes for processes improvement not waiting for request from a manager
Deliver presentations to management
Stay in touch with the market by doing regular field visits
Control accurate and timely contact signing and payments
3-5 years’ overall experience in marketing of multinational FMCG and / or Pharmaceutical company
Proactivity & Creativity
Excellent analytical skills, ability to work with a big amount of data
Good time-management skills and multitasking
Great interpersonal and team working skills
Excellent influencing skills with a make it happen’ attitude
Perfect knowledge of MS office (Power point, Excel
