Job Description

  • Ensure site operations for business continuity & excellence
  • Maintain the premises in safe and sound conditions
  • Manage reception
  • Participate to the office space design and allocation to promote the 3DS image and secure a pleasant work environment to each employee
  • Ensure compliance of the premises in terms of local regulations & obligations
  • Manage and supervise the building access rules
  • Manage the office space to optimize the team organization and work conditions
  • Assign offices and office furniture to employees
  • Ordering all necessary office supplies, beverages etc.
  • Supervise external contractors as required
  • Ensure site compliance with 3DS identity & culture & security
  • Align sites to corporate sustainability Strategy
  • Deliver Facilities support (people support ticket)
  • Create eProcurement requests for purchase related to real estate and facilities.
  • Manage mailroom and shipping activities

  • Ability to read floor plan documents and construction documents
  • Conditions :

  • Working hours : 5 days per week with two days-off : Saturday and Sunday;
  • Hiring in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • Corporate mobile communications and laptop;
  • Work in a professional team and a friendly atmosphere;
