Role background

We’ve been growing rapidly in Kazakhstan ever since we entered the market in 2019. From our humble start in Almaty, we’ve expanded to 6 other cities with even more growth planned in the coming months!

This growth has been achieved due to the incredible drive of our amazing team - we're motivated to grow even more and as such, we’re looking for like-minded people to help us achieve our next goals.

As our Marketing Manager, your main role is to work together with the local marketing team, making sure that we reach customers and keep them engaged.

You’ll work on creating content for a wide variety of communication channels in Kazakh, Russian, and English. On top of this, you’ll be super involved in planning and organizing marketing campaigns and supporting the team in all marketing-related activities.

What you'll be doing

  • Building partnerships marketing strategy and execution. Work includes negotiating, developing, and implementing efficient joint-marketing plans with our partners.
  • Defining KPIs that aim to maximize the efficiency of marketing investments & analyzing the performance of campaigns.
  • Bringing strategies to life, together with the marketing team in Kazakhstan.
  • Analyzing ongoing marketing initiatives and coming up with ideas for improving ROI.
  • Sparring with the wider teams on what campaigns to launch together with our partners in order to take our market presence to the next level.
  • Working together and supporting the Marketing Team with the most critical marketing topics in the market.
  • Our humble expectations

  • Fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English.
  • Relevant experience from e-commerce, digital marketing, branding or apps background.
  • Proven analytical approach when using data to execute campaigns.
  • A strong creative eye and great understanding of omnichannel strategies.
  • Team player with the ability to deliver results on-time and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in working across multiple stakeholders, from partners to internal stakeholders, to agencies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Eagerness to learn & getting hands dirty in everyday tasks.
