As TMF Group in Russia expands steadily, we are currently looking for a Senior HR Specialist to join its HRP Department.

Responsibilities :

  • Organizing and maintaining complete HR administration work
  • Collect and prepare all necessary HR documents - employment, dismissal, salary or position change and / or any other change in the employment conditions of employees
  • Working with the state authorities - tax inspection, pension fund, fund of obligatory medical insurance
  • Ensure that arrangement of the engagement and / or employment termination is efficiently and accurately administered within company rules and state legislation
  • Collect all necessary information for the labour contracts conclusion
  • Prepare and maintain employees staff tables for the correct salary calculation
  • Input of all necessary data on employees in 1C database
  • Timely filling in of employees’ labour books
  • Manage the setup of new clients
  • Operate and maintain accurate and appropriate employee documentation to meet company needs and legal requirements
  • Organize the client work, answer difficult questions, manage the work of HR specialist on the allocated clients
  • Follow amendments in the Russian legislation in relation to HR field; keeping colleagues informed
  • Key Requirements :

  • Higher degree in HR field
  • At least two years’ experience in HRA
  • Labour law knowledge
  • English intermediate, Upper Intermediate, Fluent
  • Advanced knowledge in using 1C and MS Office package (Word and Excel)
  • Ability to set priorities and work under short deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A team player who can work independently as well
