Responsible for financial growth (Commitment, Order (ITO), Convertible Order, CM and Convertible CM, Cash) for GE GRID product portfolios within Kazakhstan.

Lead deal negotiations & closure with customers partnering with account managers. Develop winning strategies, to achieve order closure.

In this role, you will be expected to build C-level and C-1 level relationships with key customers, drive strong focus on commercial intensity and process simplification while identifying and delivering on opportunities for growth.

The role requires leadership skills, strong knowledge of market economics, competitive issues, technology and projects as well as the ability to collaborate with and influence key decision makers.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop Account strategies and plan
  • Map the full Installed Base, ensure outage visibility, participation and outage planning per each unit
  • Determine / create customer needs, solve business problems through consultative approach, develop marketing, sales and strategic business plans and be responsible for the above-mentioned financials metrics as well as targeted market penetration
  • Work closely with the GRID Key Account Executives and Commercial Operations team to deliver a customer-focused strategy representing GRID.
  • Integrate the technical support team, including commercial operations, finance, product support, engineering and others in the implementation of customer strategies
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction evaluation, plans, and follow through
  • Own the accuracy of orders, commitment and convertible orders forecast at the regional level
  • Support the Regional Sales Director and Commercial Director in the development of region wide customer & product strategies
  • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in a Business or Engineering discipline
  • Proven sales / commercial experience in GRID industry from 6 years and demonstrated leadership experience
  • Proven track record of sales results
  • Strong knowledge of the Grid industry
  • Strong communication skills at all business levels including senior leadership
  • Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong financial management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English, Russian and preferably in Kazakh
  • Ability to travel regularly estimated at 50% time
  • Successful candidates will be employed under local employment conditions and must already satisfy local employment / work permit and residency regulations.
