Job Description

What is expected from the role :

Create the development of strategy on responsible products

Develop tactical plan according product strategy in accordance with company brand strategy

Establish and control budget for invests and expenses for product promotion

Develop cycle plans and programs

Create and align / approve activity plans

Develop sales plan for responsible products

Create and defense products strategy and brand plans during business review

Implement and control tactical plan and activity plan

Collaborate and communicate with KOLs in responsible areas

Take part in the development of educational materials for account leads and other responsible managers

Organize and care on educational process for account leads and other responsible managers

Participate in forecast of responsible products and control product availability and stocks

Monitor and analyze monthly / quarterly sales

Analyze market (territory, market volume and capacity, disease statistics, competitors etc)

Develop and approve promotional materials according to the Advertisement Law of MoH and corporate SOP

Field visits, not less than 30%

Participate in corporate trainings, meetings, conferences with the purpose of professional growth and effectiveness increasing

What we are looking for :

At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical business (as a Product manager)

Medical / pharmaceutical higher education

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English preferably Upper-Intermediate level

Project management and leadership projects

Driver license, B category

Ability to proactively "connect the dots" by asking thought-provoking questions

  • Strategic Planning - obtain information and identify key issues and relationships relevant to achieving a long-range goal;
  • commit to a course of action to accomplish a long-range goal after developing alternatives based on logical assumptions, facts, available resources, constraints, and patient values

    Objective when presenting insights and guiding decision-making; demonstrate good presentation skills by pairing sound analytics with storytelling

    Demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Excellent oral communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
