Position is temporary

Responsibility :

  • To supervise the staff of HR department
  • Planning and implementing development programs for HR staff to ensure an effective and multi-skilled work force.
  • Preparing forecasts of people requirements; find and develop source of great people by researching the market, with liaison colleges and Employment center, by internal candidate search, by adverting in newspaper, cooperation with recruitment agencies
  • In liaison with the Legal Adviser, providing advice on all employment and Occupational Health matters, including issues arising in connection with employment legislation, thereby ensuring the Company meets both its legal and social obligations and avoids legal actions.
  • Attending and participating at the weekly management meetings and provide input to weekly activity reports.
  • Participating in project work allocated from time to time by the HR
  • Maintaining good working relationships with Client representatives and other external agencies
  • Prepare monthly and weekly reports for Department Managers and Head Quarters.
  • Manage, control and assist HR Inspectors in their routine work
  • Develop and implement HR procedures
  • Perform other duties that comply with the held position, specialty and qualification as directed by line manager.
  • Requirements :

  • Higher education and work experience in HR sphere minimum 4 years.
  • Good command of Kazakh, Russian and English (verbal and written).
  • Good knowledge of RoK Labor legislation
  • Good Computer literate with Microsoft as a minimum
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Ability to manage personnel and be a team leader
