JOB PURPOSE

  • In collaboration with BUs, NPL Lead analyses performance and identifies insights in order to drive excellence in execution and higher sustainable performance as well as manages affiliate's NPL and other strategic projects
  • Business Partnering

  • Take part in the key meetings and projects of the partner BUs, in order to understand business needs and be well aware of key projects and priorities
  • Contribute to the achievement of the BUs' priorities by bringing adequate support, in line with expected responsibilities
  • Relay and explain the needs and priorities of the BUs to expert functions, to ensure adequate support and good progress of the projects
  • Be identified as the primary contact point for commercial teams on Performance analysis topics and relay adequately the issues to the right experts
  • BPM and Performance Analysis

  • Provide the partner BUs with appropriate level of analysis on performance.
  • Performance analysis should ideally go from analyzing market trends to identifying Sanofi's performance in this market and relating it to the investments (SF activity indicators or other contact channel), thus providing comprehensive analysis and maximizing opportunities to identify insights on how to better achieve expected performance.
  • Contribute to Sales forecasting. Based on identified trends and insights and on available benchmarks, collaborate with commercial and financial teams to identify most realistic sales forecasts.
  • Review on a regular basis the way the BU has allocated its resources, in order to identify good practices to be replicated and room for improvement.
  • Use this to challenge BUs in order to optimize Sales Force organization and drive further efficiency.

  • Collaborate actively with BO&S team in order to continuously improve the quality of the data used for analyses and provide to the commercial teams analytical tools in line with their expectations.
  • Support the up-skilling of people's analytical capabilities through training and best practices sharing
  • New Product Launches and Projects lead

  • Project management of GenMed and SpecCare pipeline projects, work with NPL managers / portfolio lead on project status monthly update including timeline change, risk alert and mitigation plan consolidation;
  • prepare quarterly portfolio update report for senior management team review;
  • Responsible for TA competitor landscape tracking system maintenance and update, work with NPP managers / portfolio lead on competitors list update for each TA twice a year, monthly update on tracking competitors' status change and quarterly update on TA competitor landscape report
  • Supports critical change initiatives and projects for Sanofi GenMed CA & BY organization.

  • JOB QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS

    Education :

  • Bachelor's degree required in Analytics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering
  • Operation or Marketing background with robust training in Business & Finance
  • Experience :

  • Having experienced at least 3-5 years in different analytics / controlling positions / Marketing or Sales force effectiveness
  • Forecasting experience with predictive model and advanced analytics techniques
  • Experience leading large cross functional projects a plus
  • Good understanding of data management and strong data culture
  • Skills & Abilities :

  • Strong analytical and synthetic skills along with commercial acumen in order to capture and interpret relevant data for the business
  • Ability to rapidly develop a good knowledge of markets dynamics, knowledge of markets and of vaccines demands trends
  • Ability to translate business requirements into workable / actionable solutions.
  • Strong skills in process development and implementation
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to manage complex projects, through good priority setting and customer focus
