Responsibilities

Support DMS and SFA system functioning :

Maintain system functioning control bugs solution by vendor support department, plan and lead software update.

Maintain system database (masterdata) KCU prices, exchange rates, distributors discounts, field force orgstructure, product hierarchy, sales targets etc.;

Support and consult internal users on SalesWorks system reporting, conduct BAT tool trainings;

Search and eliminate data mistakes;

Support distributors’ key users control regular data validation, consult on system operation and guide in developing possible solutions in cases of system failures.

Conduct trainings for internal and external DMS and SFA users DMS reporting, BAT tool reporting, field force trainings :

Develop, align and lead further software improvement develop terms of reference, align with key stakeholders, agree terms and conditions.

Reporting :

Implement Business Intelligence tools for data analysis;

Develop and upkeep reporting system based on DMS and SFA data;

Analyze data and prepare dashboards for internal customers.

Requirements

Experience in Project Management (1 year);

Experience on analytical position or similar in FMCG (1-2 years);

Expert knowledge in Excel, VBA, PowerPoint;

Nice to have knowledge in Python, Macros, Power BI;

English (Intermediate);

Higher Education (economics, statistics, IT);

Ability to work in a matrix structure and cross-functional commands;

Understanding of IT architecture and systems;

Work in an international company and participate through professional development, in a multicultural environment.
