  • Implementproduct promotion strategy based on corporate objectives in theregion
  • Lead the operationaldevelopment in the assigned region through the development acrossall channels, evaluate new opportunities, methods and channels ofdistribution
  • Co-ordinateand control investments from distributors in productspromotion

  • Properlyallocate resources (human, financial, trade equipment etc.) for themost effective development of the territory (return of investmentsin retail project structure) in accordance with company policiesand standarts
  • Ensure fulfillment of the agreedKPI (coverage, distribution, visibility) in the assignedregion
  • Planning&budgeting

  • Participate inmedium term objectives setting and procedures in order to developFerrero operations in the assigned region according to developmentplan of the Company
  • Analyze and forecastproduct promotion in assignedterritory
  • Negotiate and approve investmentsplan withdistributor
  • Mainrequirements :

  • 3+years of Sales Manager’ experience in FMCGindustry
  • High level of leadership andfuture-oriented thinkingcompetences
  • Good interpersonalcommunication skills
  • Skilled indevelopment and implementation of salesoperations
  • English language skills intermediate+
