Job Description

  • Work on the Dunga project as directed from time to time by the Management
  • Follow the Company IF Program.
  • Know the major activities of the Company.
  • Show initiative in daily performance of responsibilities.
  • Permanently and in all aspects follow the decisions taken by the Company.
  • Refrain from disclosing to other employees and other people information considered undisclosed or confidential (official and / or commercial secret).
  • Use entrusted company property (technical assets : PC, Mobile phone, car, etc) according to its intended purpose and keep it accordingly.
  • Develop and implement policies in the implementation of the Company's information technology support operations.
  • Prepare proposals for improving the organization and activities of the Company and the IT-department, in implementing information technology divisions of the Company
  • Provide leadership over IT-department, to organize its work, provide daily monitoring of its activities, be held personally responsible for the tasks and functions assigned to the IT-department.
  • Organize IT department interaction with other structural divisions of the Company on matters within the competence of the IT- department.
  • Organize work aimed at improving the skills of the IT department.
  • Submit appropriate proposals on the structure and the state of IT department; admission, transfer and dismissal of employees of IT department;
  • Promotion of excellent employees; imposing penalties on employees for violation of labor discipline or omissions at work.

  • Comply with all employees of IT-department of occupational safety rules, safety, industrial hygiene and fire safety.
  • Represent the interests of the Company in all public authorities, companies, public organizations, as well as in its relations with other legal entities and individuals on matters within the competence of the IT- department on the basis of power of attorney of the Company.
  • Develop IT infrastructure companies : the totality of information channels and storage, information technology, as well as other methods and means of providing the information activities of the Company;
  • Develop a methodological basis of the information system;
  • Develop policies in the field of IT : ordering directions and control of the information flow in the enterprise.
  • Prepare project documentation, cost estimates for the information system and its operation.
  • Implement the prediction of changes in plant automation and develop proactive management measures;
  • Lead the development of regulations, guidelines and regulations on the use and operation of the information system.
  • Establish contractual work with suppliers / contractors of the information system.
  • Maintain large contracts for the purchase of computer equipment, software and IT- services. Control small contracts.
  • Check the proper performance of IT- systems.
  • Organize technical support to users participate in the design and approve user education programs working in the information network of the enterprise computer literacy courses.
  • Prepare budget IT- department.
  • Coordinate and direct to the approval documents defining the main directions of development of information technologies in subdivisions;
  • Coordinate and direct the plans for approval of organizational and technical measures for the development and implementation of automation systems and information systems of the Company;
  • Coordinate and direct statement to technical and technological documentation automation projects divisions of the Company.
  • Create and update documentation of IT infrastructure and IT staff instructions.
  • In case of not performing or improper performing of the Job responsibilities stipulated in the present JD to report immediately, upon first request of the manager in written form indicating the reasons of such non-performance.

  • Candidate profile


    Must know :

  • Security service’s instructions on visitors’ access to the office of the company.
  • Internal labor regulations; etiquette labor regulations
  • Means of communication, office equipment and computer, rules of their operation.
  • Labour legislation of the RK;
  • Regulations and norms of safety arrangements and precautions, industrial sanitary and firefighting safety.
  • Qualification requirements :

  • Education : Graduate in IT;
  • Experience in IT for 5 years or more

    Experience in project management

    Fluency in both written and spoken English
