  • Negotiation and alignment of Terms & Conditions, Activity plans, Planograms, Assortment, POP / Visibility plan and etc.
  • with Modern Trade Customers.

  • Build strong partnering relationships and collaborate effectively with Modern Trade Customers.
  • Understands the Customer's objectives, key strategies, concept, competitors and shopper targets
  • Complete understanding of the market and competitors and identification of key growth opportunities
  • Develop agreements on business plans that align Colgate-Palmolive objectives and strategies with Customer's objectives and strategies.
  • Close cooperation with Retail Marketing Team to create and agree on Planograms, right Assortment, Visibility plan etc. by Customer / Store.
  • Continuous giving and seeking feedback to Shopper Activation and Field Teams.
  • Timely and clear communication to Field Teams about aligned T&Cs, activities, POP plans, planograms, assortment etc. with Customers to ensure on-time execution.
  • Coordinate execution with RCDMs / Field Supervisor.
