more than 60 days ago Our client, a producer of high-quality primary aluminium products, based in Qatar, is looking to recruit an efficient Customer Technical Service Engineer to serve as the main operational contact for their CTS department.
Ensure efficiency and compliance within the CTS and Casthouse
Handle customers’ interaction and representation within the Casthouse.
Evaluate and investigate Claims and Complaints from customers in conjunction with the CTS and Casthouse.
Develop improvements to avoid claims and complaints
Coordinate with Casthouse customers requirements of product specifications and ensure customer requirements are met, where possible
Maintain a strong and positive business relationship and healthy environment with the Casthouse, Logistics, Off takers and third party customers.
Experience and Skills :
Bachelor Degree in relevant Engineering Field
6 - 8 years of experience in Aluminium industry
2yrs Management / Supervisory experience
