Responsibilities :
1.Category Management :
understand Shopper needs across channel, reveal category growth drivers;
develop and update MML for a category based on Shopper needs, track compliance and take actions to the gap;
create Shelving Standards for every channel, track Share of Shelf / Shelving standards and take actions to close the gap;
support Sales department in JVC process with key customers;
design and implement in-store activations for new product launches and core marketing initiatives
provide sales department with critical tools (g2m strategy, selling story, launch presentations, etc.)
2. Trade Promotion :
track competitors trade activations for better decision making;
contribute into Pricing strategy development;
design and implement promotional strategy by channel / customer, track compliance and take actions to close the gap;
drive National Initiative priorities execution in Trade;
lead Cycle planning with its further implementation
lead TPM tool within area of responsibility
3. Budget Management :
manage Category Trade budget (including POS) effectively & efficiently ;
drive ROI mentality via sharing broadly Key Business Drivers knowledge by channels.
4. People Management :
drive Sales Team understanding and development of DPSM and Key business drivers by channels ;
drive Shopper and category knowledge in the Sales Team.

Requirements :
Higher education
3 years relevant experience Trade Marketing & Sales
Experience working in fast growing, rapidly changing market
PC literate, different data bases
Result oriented
Strong analytical skills
Fluent English
