We are looking for a Product Manager to join us. This position will report to the Commercial Affairs Manager.
As Product Manager, you are responsible for the designing and execution of the brands marketing plan within Central Asia and Caucasus region.
You will actively manage the planning and execution of local, regional, national and international events (congresses, symposia) relevant for the brands.
As well as develop, implement and monitor the annual brand strategy.
You will communicate product promotions and marketing plans to the sales force to ensure alignment with Novo Nordisk strategy and drive the implementation of product marketing plan and campaigns.
You will collaborate closely with the medical and sales department to align marketing and medical messages.
As the Product Manager you will be responsible for developing and maintaining contacts with Key Opinion Leaders and Healthcare professionals.
providing trainings and ensuring salesforce knowledge on product marketing plan and campaigns.
You have BS or MS degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or in Marketing and related areas. MBA could be an advantage. 2-3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry in marketing and product management.
Knowledge of the current pharmaceutical / diabetes market situation is preferable.
You have an in-depth understanding of the role of product manager in pharmaceutical industry, marketing tools and activities.
You are able to work with cross-functional stakeholders. You have excellent communication skills. You are driven, can take initiative, and are agile in actions.
Your personality is aligned with our Novo Nordisk Way and you are fluent in both written and spoken English.

Commercial Affairs department in Kazakhstan is a part of a fast-growing and developing cluster hub for Central Asia and Caucasus.
You will work in a diverse team, which includes product managers, digital marketing manager, event coordinator, as well as professionals in business analytical activities.
