Your work-life opportunity :
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence in Kiev region. You will help the team to build a top-notch supply structure, owning the operational KPIs of your cities, engaging with and retaining couriers (or glovers, as we like to call them), and coordinating projects across this geographic area.
Your main responsibility is to make sure the long-term sustainability of the region, as well as its daily performance Be a part of a team where you will :
Improve the regional operations by ensuring our ambitious targets
Develop analytical frameworks and models for your city and the region
Drive projects to improve the quality of KPIs such as Delivery Time and Cancellations as well as work on an ongoing accuracy of courier forecast
Analyze daily and weekly operation metrics with a macro view of the long-term success of your city and the region, having a complete understanding of the local supply situation at all times.
Ensure service levels are maintained and customer satisfaction achieved
Work closely with all the verticals from the Operations team (Supply Growth, Supply Excellence, RTO) to plan, execute, and monitor projects related to operations and the couriers contribution to the user experience
Maintenance and analysis of business reports and information to aid in the basic decision-making process of supply chain operational needs, including daily, weekly and monthly reports indicating full operational status concerning to the flow
Think out of the box to bring new ideas of process improvements that will be game changer to ensure the best user experience
Commit to contributing to Glovo's growth, getting the job done
You have :
Bachelor’s in Economics, Management, Engineering or similar education is an added advantage.
3-5 years of experience in an analytical position (operations, Big-4, consulting, project management, etc.)
Experience in startups, technological platforms, or the on-demand industry preferred.
A data-driven analytical mindset (SQL knowledge and proficiency in Excel are a plus)
Project management skills
Deep understanding of the user experience and operational levers to improve it
Track record of success delivering and implementing new solutions / processes / standardization
Experience on KPIs tracking and creation and optimization expertise
Open to directions and collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
Results oriented, analytical mindset to re-think our processes is a must
Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization
Persuasive with details and facts
Excellent communication, the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders
Combine a day by day and tactic management with a strategic and long term view
Effective English written and communication skills
