Job Description :
Contributes to maintaining Systematic Safety Management, Environment Protection Health Care Reliability and Efficiency targeting to attain world level operational performance which is in compliance with the Operational Excellence strategies
Apply tenets of operation to make decisions during work planning process
Ensure awareness and competency of employees during specific work execution
Ensure safe conditions of employee’s work place
Receives a supply demand and material use plan from Customers and handles it to match material supply vendor timeframe
Verifies work requests, creates direct PO’s if needed, includes materials to stock, updates re-ordering level or expedites current material supply
Keeps in touch with the assigned final consumer and SCM to ensure timely completion of the material order and supply activities
Acts as a technical expert for direct PO’s; works with Customer, Purchaser and Vendor / Manufacturer to ensure the required technical specifications and material supply terms and conditions are met during purchasing of materials
Works with Customer to ensure timely supply of required materials using material consumption analysis tool
Evaluates whether it is possible to meet the current material need using the available resources prior to initiating the direct PO’s, including review of the possibility for material replacement
Ensures PO’s (direct and w / h stock) are generated in a timely manner to meet Productions Operations and SCM needs
Works with SCM and material end users on technical issues, expediting of orders, issue or search for additional documents for PO’s
Organizes dispatching of materials to be repaired in ROK and overseas, coordinates dispatching and return with FF
Tracks availability of materials stock, including highly critical materials, to support continuous operations and routine
Responsible for new inventory supply including existing stock inventory control and updates of the equipment spare part list
Coordinates work with the Warehouse on materials handling (storage, wrapping, ensuring appropriate storage conditions and availability of the required information in E1)
Coordinates interactions with RCM Group and Material Inventory Control Group to identify any new or existing inventory needs
Coordinates or performs activities to evaluate the existing inventory for inventory standardization and duplication prevention purposes
Collaborates with SCM Group to remove the auxiliary material storages and combine these materials with the existing stock inventory
Works with Planning and Scheduling Group to ensure availability of stock materials required to be used
maintenance
Regular base uploads of components to lists of equipment spare parts, works together with EAM Group
Participates in the process of delivery and acceptance of new equipment documentation packages from the Project Department and SERIP Group to Production Operations Department, verifies availability of proper material documentation to support planning and PO generation procedures and controls proper uploading of components to lists of equipment spare parts
Interface with Reliability Group to search for analogues and replace obsolete equipment
Ensures full, complete and quality communication with his / her B2B
Supports efficient operation of Maintenance Department; acts as a liaison between Maintenance, Operations and SCM
Promotes close multifunctional relations with representatives of other services, groups and departments and consults them on various material use issues
Provides the Maintenance Groups with adequate levels of support through the Maintenance Supply and Planning Group functions to ensure that the high-quality preventive inspection and testing plus preventive maintenance of production process, safety systems and rotating equipment are performed
Requirements :
Education : Higher (technical)
Work experience : 3 years or more
Language skills : Kazakh, Russian, English
Computer skills : MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, Visio, PowerPoint, Email, Adobe Acrobat), E1, ARIBA, TIDE, ERIC
