About the job
Your main objective will be to lead the design and development of our training programs. You will be responsible for designing new programs to meet client needs, running training activities and improving current working methodologies for further development of the programs based on the customer data.
Creating and developing various training programs for startups with all required materials
Curriculum development for programs
Develop & deliver relevant content in webinar / workshop format
Tracking & reporting the progress of trainees.
Assisting with application screening and selection process
Delivering trainings and workshops tailored to the program and startup requirement
Managing Programs team within the Operations division
Building and managing the Mentor Network; all with the aim to deliver a transformative experience to startups.
Background in the methodology and curriculum development of various educational programs and other training activities
Experience in creation and development of training products is a MUST
Excellent ability to read, write, speak English and Russian is a MUST.
Experience in running of training products is a MUST
Proven leadership / management capabilities in past roles
Passion for startups and technology, particularly in emerging markets
Strong belief in getting things done - You have to be comfortable working alone and capable to prioritize and make things happen
Proven ability to mentor startups on a vast array of topics (testimonials would be helpful)
Experience in EdTech is a PLUS
