We would like to offer you the position of Senior Field Development Specialist. In addition to technical support, you will be responsible to achieve business targets and you will execute various strategies to develop and grow your business and increase market share.

For this role, you will be expected to be located in Nur Sultan, Astana, Kazakhstan.

A Day in the Life

You will be responsible for :

  • Promote the sale of products to new and established accounts to achieve sales objectives and greater market penetration
  • Assist partners and clients throughout the sales process in all sales-oriented activities, such as marketing, advertising, sales promotions, and training, to achieve revenue targets
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to set short- and long-term sales channel strategies and evaluates the effectiveness of current programs
  • Track and analyse the activities of competitors, propose ideas to increase the popularity of products in the region
  • Know and abide by these instructions, as well as other policies and procedures of the Company
  • Improve professional skills through self-education and participation in educational activities of the company, necessary for successful work
  • Carry out such additional duties as may become necessary from time to time to ensure the smooth running of the division
  • Must Haves

  • Pursuing a degree in higher education healthcare, biomedical, bioengineering
  • Communication skills in English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Medical devices sales experience
  • Enthusiastic and goal-oriented
  • Driver's license
  • Nice to Haves

  • Knowledge of the Cardiovascular (Arithmology) product lines and therapies
  • Insight into legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements
