Handle incoming calls using good listening and communication skills to secure information necessary to complete a reservation.

Know and understand the hotel selling strategy for maximizing hotel occupancy and revenue. Strive to follow this strategy when selling hotel to prospective guests using feature and benefit sales skills.

Also play an integral part in assisting with emergencies, (fire, medical, power / system failure) by contacting the designated personnel for immediate assistance.
