Талаптар :

  • Higher education (not less than, bachelor's degree);
  • Experience in verification of personal data on retail loans and work with past-due payments (Soft Collection);
  • Knowledge of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, banking products and services;
  • Fluency in Kazakh and Russian, English at Advanced level;
  • Knowledge of the basic programs of the standard MS Office package : Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
  • Customer-oriented, self-motivated, organized;
  • Competent and delivered speech, without defects in pronunciation and accent;
  • Ability to work in a team, disciplined, sociable, stress-resistant.
  • Міндеттер :

  • Verify personal data of potential retail Clients;
  • Execute outgoing calls to Bank clients on the availability of past-due payments on retail financing (Soft Collection);
  • Timely provide correct and accessible information on banking activities and advise on the Bank s products;
  • Receive and process Customer s online requests on Bank s products and services;
  • Execute outgoing calls to retail Customers to provide them with consultations on Bank services and products;
  • Receive and process Customers’ written requests;
  • Provide support to payment card holders.
