Responsibilities : · Brand & portfolio strategy development, leading the brand building activities and control over development and market implementation (360 degree), product and packaging development, cooperation with advertising agencies and other marketing suppliers, leading the brand teams.
Analyzes consumer trends and other market data, and beer categories to help identify product categories to enter as future sources of growth.
Manages marketing team in direct sobbordination : team formation, goal setting and control, capabilities development and motivation.
Analyzes historical new product launches, and reports. · Drives consumer understanding and insights that defines our prime prospects’ needs, attitudes and values in order for consumers to have stronger and more impactful brand experiences.
Leads and collaborates with research & engineering to develop and execute innovation platform pathways, product innovation and renovation.
Analyzes market, consumer, and competitive information to support brand supervisor in setting new product pricing and managing price.
Conducts analysis and periodical reviews of the brand, competitive, beer category, customer and consumer trends to enhance the brand’s equity and marketplace performance.
Requirements : · Advanced communication, presentation and analytical skills, ability to work in highly dynamic & changing environment, mentoring and coaching skills.
Advanced supervisory skills, comfort around higher management, flexibility, highly developed negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and creative thinking.
Minimum 5 years in brand management / marketing area (FMCG’s category is preffered), managerial experience (team management).
