Duties and responsibilities :
Manage, organization and control of HR paperwork in Support Centre of Restaurant’s and in Restaurants in accordance with labor legislation, regulations, instructions, and Company manager’s directives.
Implementation of projects to optimize personnel processes, active participation in improving the quality of work; including reorganization and (or) reduction of production volume, production downtime, etc.
Development, updating and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and recommendations in accordance with best practice and legal requirements
Consolidation of payroll data of Support Centre of Restaurant’s and in Restaurants, arrange and control time sheets and compiling vacations schedules.
Control over captured personal data of employees and salary data
Control over schedule for salary payments and mid-term deadlines for exit compensations, vacation compensations and changes in pay.
Coordination and cooperation with external providers on payroll calculation, control over execution of contractual commitments with external payroll provider.
Control over payroll calculation, checking up pay sheet of Support Centre of Restaurant’s and in Restaurants
Coordination of work with bank, preparation, capturing and uploading payment files to bank-client system, authorization of payments
Preparation and capturing on monthly basis into 1C & Oracle data on amounts of individual income tax, retirement contributions, social tax and social contributions, movements of funds in salary bank account..
Participates in development of employee compensation programs, personnel regulations, instructions
Trains HR staff and consults company managers and employees regarding labor relations and compensations within the bounds of his / her competency
Manage the capability, delivery and development of the HR Admin & Facility team.
5+ years of HR working experience
Fluent in Russian and English, Kazakh is a major plus;
HR experience similar roles in a large multinational organization with a commercial focus will be an added advantage;
Comprehensive HR knowledge, including employee relations, C&B, reward, performance management and organizational effectiveness;
Sound knowledge of local compliance and labour legislation in Kazakhstan;
Successful experience in leading high-performing teams;
High EQ and strong interpersonal skills;
Pro-active and comfortably operating in a rapidly changing environment.
