Job Description :
Processing technical documentation produced by Preservation Core team and MEI Contractor Perservation
Dossier and document extraction from Team Data storage
Processing documents stored in eB issued by Preservation personnel
Providing document control support for Preservation Team
Processing Preservation information requests to and from MEI Contractor
Support MCPlus Preservation Activity Database
Support Preservation Change Notification Process
Tracking of Preservation metrics, milestones and forecasts
Requirements :
Education : Higher education
2 years experience working in similar environment (Document Management); 2 years experience working with an loading into a Document Management System
Computer skills : MS Office; Experienced with web based sharepoint application
Language skills : English
