Job Description :
Perform assistance and support to Preservation Core Team, MCPlus Preservation Leads and Preservation Area Leads
Support Preservation Leadership requests related to MCPlus Preservation
Support Requests of Information / Data to Core Team of related MCPlus Preservation Data
Support Co-MCPlus Specialists Team members in Daily activities related to MCPlus Preservation
Support Dossier and data extraction from MCPlus Database
Perform and Support necessary changes as required to MCPlus Preservation Database
Support Preservation Change Notification Process
Update MCPlus Preservation Database from Daily Preservation Inspections, Preservation Activities and Forecasting, Pre-Planning and Planning
Update MCPlus Database from required Change Notices and Monthly Executions of Preservation Activities
Support and assist other tasks as may be deemed necessary by Preservation Leadership
Requirements :
Education : Higher education
2 years experience working in similar environment (MCPlus or other similar Completions Data base); 2 years experience working with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel Formulas Reporting / Word knowledge is an advantage)
Computer skills : MS Office applications
Language skills : English
