Job Position : HR Assistant

Job Purpose :

The HR assistant will be part of a growing HR&Payroll department, providing HR administration services to a diverse range of international clients.

The HR assistant will have a solid understanding of HR legislation of Kazakhstan and will be able to process HR documentation, will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing documents, responding to client inquirie and providing excellent customer service.

This is a temporary position for 3 to 6 months.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Preparation under supervision HR documentation for employment / transfers / dismissal of clients’ employees according to templates
  • Drafting monthly timesheets and changes in manning tables according to templates
  • Drafting statements on employment of employees according to templates
  • Collect HR documentation / information from clients
  • Input clients’ employees’ data into HR&Payroll software
  • Filing HR related reports
  • Assistance in HR audits
  • The candidate will work closely with the senior staff, and may be asked to complete other tasks on different clients, in order to support the team
  • Escalation of client / work issues to Supervisor
  • Adherence to delivery assurance policies, processes and procedures
  • Answer clients’ queries in a timely manner
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients

  • Key knowledge and experience :

  • Higher education
  • experience in a HR administration role is advantage
  • Computer proficiency : MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Prior experience with 1C (8) payroll software is an advantage
  • Fluency in Russian and strong knowledge of English - both written and spoken (intermediate level)
  • Knowledge of Kazakh language is preferable
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, flexible, and able to adjust to changing work demands
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team environment under supervision
