Duties :

  • Work on recruit ment, selec tion, and re-allo ca ti on of per son nel, based on eva lua ti on of their qua li fi ca ti ons, per so nal and working capa ci ties, and moni tor rea son ab le use of per son nel wit hin com pa ny departments.
  • Pro vi de recruit ment, allo ca ti on and arran ge ment of young spe cia lists and workers in accordance with their obtai ned pro fes si ons and spe cial ties;
  • joint ly with depart ment heads, arran ge their internship and adjus t ment in the working activities.

  • Con ti nuous ly work to pro vi de reser ve pool for advan ce ment, based on such orga niz a tio nal prac ti ces, as care er plan ning, can di da te pre pa ra ti on with indi vi du al deve lo p ment plans, rota ti on of super vi sors and spe cia lists, spe ci fic trai nings, trai nee assign ments wit hin the appro pria te positions.
  • Clo se ly work with Tech ni cal Uni ver si ties on recruit ment of Interns and Graduates.
  • Regu lar ly attend job fairs to find out the can di da tes with out stan ding ana ly ti cal abi li ties pai red with a high level of com mit ment and team spirit.
  • Con duct work to update sci en ti fic-metho di cal sup port for the human resour ces work, equip ment with mate ri al and tech ni cal, infor ma tio nal sup port, to imple ment modern per son nel manage ment tech ni ques with use of com pu ter sys tems, set up data ba se on com pa ny per son nel, pro vi de its time ly updating, quick respon se for the nee ded infor ma ti on to users.
  • Pro vi de appro pria te repor ting on recruit ment to make its sys te ma tic ana ly sis wit hin the com pa ny and deve lop recom men da ti ons for recruit ment improvement.
  • Take part in arran ging and con duc ting com pa ny events.
  • Par ti ci pa te in Recruit ment wee kly meeting.
  • Time ly update can di da tes database.
  • Qualification

    Com pe ten cy requirements :

  • Know ledge of com pu ter based sys tems inclu ding, Data ba se Manage ment sys tems, Excel, Word, Micro soft Office or equi va lent soft ware packages.
  • Be proac ti ve, a self-star ter and abi li ty to work without supervision.
  • Sys te ma tic thin ker and good orga niz a tio nal skills.
  • Strong per so na li ty with abi li ty to be firm.
  • Team play er wit hin and across functions
  • Edu ca ti on : Bache lor degree

    Lan guage skills : Kazakh, Eng lish and Rus si an are mandatory.

    Pro fes sio nal expe ri ence : Min 3 years
