Prepa ration of project deliver ables as per cost, schedule and quality requirements
Respon sible for the delivery and the design of the Project Field Instru men tation & Control Systems
Compre hensive knowledge of all aspects of measu rement and control instrumentation
Set and control delivery of all package objec tives including scope, quality, schedules, communication / reporting etc.
Awareness of SCADA / PCS / ESD / F&G / 3rd Party Systems design and integration with other similar packages
Awareness of prepa ration of the following of I&C / F&G engineering deliver ables incl. BoDs, Speci fi ca tions, Control & Shutdown Systems’ philo so phies, Vendor SOWs, Datas heets, Index, Schedules, Loop Diagrams, Calcu la tions, etc.
Assist in the prepa ration of Tender Bid Evalua tions and approval of Tender Bid Evaluation reports.
Establish and maintain effective commu ni cation with the different engineering disciplines.
Ensure effective commu ni ca tions with the Client, the Engineering Design Functions, Major Suppliers, Contractors, etc.
Utilize knowledge, persuasion and negotiation skills to resolve critical issues and problems with the Client
Use extensive relevant construction experience to proac tively anticipate and prevent problems before they arise.
Input to HAZOPs, HAZIDs, LOPAs, SIL Assess ments and F&G Mapping Studies
Qualification
Must have sound knowledge and under standing of technical terms and conditions.
Familiar with all phases of EPC Contracts.
Awareness of compliance and audit processes.
Ability to identify changes and impro ve ments to the technical documen tation and proce dures to reflect Client’s changing requirements.
Knowledge of computer based systems including, CAD, Database Management systems, Excel, Word, Microsoft Office or equivalent software packages.
Be proactive, a self-starter and ability to work without supervision.
Syste matic thinker and good organiz a tional skills / time management.
Strong perso nality with ability to be firm and persuasive without authority.
Team player within and across functions.
Education : Bachelor degree in engineering is minimum requirement
Master degree preferred
Language skills : English is advantageous
Profes sional experience : Min 5 years
