Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Control and develop (Recruit, Motivate, Evaluate) retail staff;
  • Coordination of regional representatives;
  • Setting KPI and sales targets for retail staff and control achievement;
  • ASP Performance monitoring (Up-selling), Cross-selling and FSMI approach implementation;
  • Improving business processes of retail activities;
  • Keeping track of sell-out trend in retail;
  • Proposing new approaches regarding sell out improvement;
  • Creating Action Plan for Retail according to GTM Strategy (Quarterly / Yearly);
  • Controlling ROI status for Retail activities;
  • Monitoring all activities of the competitors and prepare counter-measure action plan;
  • Collecting data from regional representatives and make summary by channels / products;
  • Based on the collected data preparing reports and analyzing sales volume;
  • Analyzing the depth of inventory and promo activities in stores;
  • Communicating with shop staff to ensure the continued availability of stock (according to PRM);
  • Together with PIC of dealers generating orders for actual stock improvement;
  • Controlling daily price monitoring process;
  • Collecting feedback from shop directors and supervisors;
  • Informing sales team about all motivations from our main competitors;
  • Generating and maintaining the loyalty of dealer’s retail staff;
  • Checking ongoing promos and giving feedback to related members;
  • Training and developing staff retail skills and capabilities for effective sell out;
  • Following instructions and directions of GTM Head
  • BT and shop visits of all main cities and shops

    Language and Education :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Project Management, Marketing
  • English language advanced
  • Professional Skills and Experience :

  • Not less than 3-5 years of past experience in Retail Management, Field Force Management
  • Strong managerial and leadership skills
  • Strong execution capability
  • Analytical skills (worked with numbers)
  • Creative problem-solver and action-oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building capabilities
  • Team player, open-minded
  • Fluent English
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
