Overview / Responsibilities
preparing progress valuations and forecast to complete of the activities and validating contractors’ invoices, including Variation Orders for final Contract Holder approval Preparing Tender, Variation Order and any other estimation Contract Holder and Contracts Administration Team may need for supply of service and materials Preparing evaluations of tenders and recommendations to award contracts and subsequently preparing submissions to Contracts Board Assisting with contractual matters and reviewing, if requested, any correspondence from / to external parties To support the review of any claims and / or requests for compensation, preparing position and recommending ways forward.
Coordinating the monthly reports and statistics of the contractors. Assisting Planning Department on preparing contract schedules and monitoring progress To mitigate any possibility of future claims against the Company Indentify applicable back-
charges and report them to the responsible Contracts Administrator.
Skills / Qualifications
full knowledge of all QS discipline (Civil, Mechanical, Ele / Ins)
able to coordinate the QS team on behalf of the Sr. Quantity Surveyor Conversant with computers / software (Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint and E-mail)
