  • Higher education (Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in a relevant sphere);
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail Products and automation of business processes
  • Advanced knowledge of English;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Flexibility and adaptability to a situation and environment;
  • Tactful, reliable and able to keep confidentiality;
  • Good learning and multi-tasking ability;
  • Able to prioritize, decision making and problem solving, when required;
  • Able to work as a team member and individually;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Accuracy / good math skills;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project, MS Visio, MS Access);
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, VBA and project management skills;
  • Knowledge of professional business correspondence.
  • Міндеттер : Responsibilties :

    Responsibilties :

  • The organization of the process of implementation of retail banking products and services;
  • Project management of the retail banking products and services launch, methodology, automation, improvement, review;
  • Selection and justification of retail banking products provided by the vendors;
  • Interaction with the Bank's partners in the implementation of retail banking products and services;
  • Interaction with divisions of the Bank, on matters related retail products and services of the Bank;
  • Interaction with Marketing department and marketing Agency on advertising campaigns to promote retail banking products and services;
  • Analysis of the new retail banking products and services, identifying strengths and weaknesses, correction of conditions and necessary documentation;
  • Business model creation, feasibility study / analysis, calculation of expected profit and profitability of retail banking products and services;
  • Conducting pre-launch trainings for new / amended retail banking products and services;
  • Market analysis of competitors on corresponding retail banking products and services;
  • Development and approval of terms and conditions for retail banking products and services;
  • Participation in the drafting of agreements for clients and partners of the Bank;
  • Perform other duties within its competence on the oral or written order of Head of the Department / Management Board member.
  • Abidance by approved dress code and Code of Ethics.
