Airswift (Air Energy Caspian LLP) is currently looking for a KSU Contracts Specialist (for KZ passport holders) for one of our large project in Atyrau, 5 2.

Job Description :
Prepare and comply Work Orders, Engineering and Procurement Agreements, Service Agreements with contractors etc., and all document required for contracts approval, contract reviews, contracts status reports and memos to supervisors of all levels
Conduct negotiations on contracts, develops main directions of negotiations
Maintain proper documentation and finalize contract terms with contractors or suppliers
Interact with sponsor groups in developing main principles of contracting activities on specific projects for the purpose of financial situation optimization
Control compliance with all requirements of the company policies, JV Formation Agreement and applicable legislation
Coordinate the entire tender process (bids reception, sending confirmations and explanations to bidders, bids assessment, negotiations and sending tender results to participants)
Prepare changes to contracts and all documents required for changes to contracts approval, as necessary
Maintain proper documentation and finalizes contract terms with contractors or suppliers
Participate in contracts negotiation
Ensure compliance with the set contracting policy and set procedures of work with contracts
Prepare changes to contracts and all documents required for changes to contracts approval, as necessary. Ensure claim mitigation measures and back charging process are in place
Jointly with others, works on special issues related to contracts, including insurance, guaranties issues, risks and financial responsibility
Prepare contract close out documentation
Requirements :
Higher education (liberal arts or technical)
Principles and procedures of work with contracts
Contracting experience in Oil and Gas industry : at least 4 years
Language skills : English
Computer skills : MS Office; Ariba
