Description

Case Manager Goals and objectives :

  • To perform ICG anti-money laundering (AML) KYC Due Diligence of ICG Clients;
  • Processing KYC Records in CitiKYC application ensuring adherence to ICG anti-money laundering (AML) KYC standards and related Customer;
  • Identification Program (CIP) requirements, including any local KYC regulatory requirements as outlined in the Country Variance Documents and Smart Forms.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • To support the KYC Owner in creation / renewal of KYC Records in CitiKYC application ensuring adherence to ICG anti-money laundering (AML) KYC Standards and Policies, Customer Identification Program (CIP) requirements, including the local KYC regulatory requirements;
  • To make research using the independent data bases and local sources, to collect the outstanding information / documents to complete Customer KYC due diligence under on-

  • boarding and periodic review;
  • To perform AML and Sanctions Name Screening in alignment with Screening Standard requirements;
  • To communicate with the Relationship Managers / Compliance / Checkers and other units under Customer Due Diligence process;
  • To meet daily and monthly targets of CitiKYC records completion and quality;
  • To meet KWT Discipline and keep accurate and current KWT Workflow status for each of the records;
  • To complete all required trainings on-time;
  • To participate in the projects on optimization / improvements of respective AML KYC processes;
  • To participate in Regional calls; proactively participate in KYC Ops initiatives.

    Qualifications

    Knowledge / Experience / Qualifications :

  • University degree in Business / Finance, Math, Economics or Law;
  • Work experience of 1-3 Year in Banking / Finance;
  • Experience in control / risk or Compliance (AML / KYC) function (an advantage);
  • Knowledge of local legislation under AML KYC;
  • Advanced user of MS Office, Word, Excel, Access.
