Lead sales, marketing and business development activities for cross business units sales in the territory of West Kazakhstan including strategies and tactics needed to meet and exceed annual bookings and profit targets.
Establish territory growth plan with strategic initiatives needed to continuously grow the business and gain market share.
Capture market requirements and opportunities and translate them into strategies and plans.
Be responsible for xBU West Kazakhstan P&L meeting orders, bookings and profit goals. Be accountable for POR performance and deliver regular updates on period, quarter and full year.
Provide leadership and maintain motivation across sales team.
Develop sales channel strategy and tactics to maximize volume and price potential for Emerson products and solutions sales across KOB1, 2 and 3.
Drive business development, identify application and market opportunities and develop strategies and tools to go after and replicate them.
Identify resource and competency needs in regions. Propose and develop organizational structure that supports continuous growth of the business.
Develop direct reports in personal and professional competencies. Perform yearly goal-setting and appraisals with direct reports.
Develop a culture of delivering on commitment and passion to win by leading through example.
Behave ethically in all business dealings. Ensure compliance activities are performed as necessary without compromise.
At least 2-4 years work experience in industrial automation or heavy industries (O&G Upstream; Midstream; Refining; Gas processing, Storages and LNGs;
Power; M&M; Petrochemical; Chemical; Fertilizers etc.) with automation and industry business drivers understanding;
Proven sales record in proactive frontline selling of automation services, solutions or equipment;
Understanding of Customers’ economic benefits from automation services and solutions and ability to prove value (safety, reliability, energy efficiency, production capacity, quality, cost etc.);
Understanding of products, solutions and services providing by Emerson or other automation vendors;
Experience to work within cross functional teams in a complex matrix organization without derect subordinates;
Management experience / able to motivate and lead teams.
Action oriented, self-motivated, results driven, resourceful sales person;
Willingness to travel frequently;
Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
