  • Hitting revenue targets and achieving monthly sales goals
  • Identifying and interacting with prospective customers
  • Conducting consultations and academic assessments
  • Building strong relationships with local stakeholders including local and international schools, educational fair organizers and others
  • Presenting Crimson products
  • Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
  • Continuously improving sales techniques and industry knowledge
  • Forging partnerships with associated businesses, non-profits, organizations, and more
  • Working with the Local Area and Digital Marketing Teams to develop / enhance lead generation methods by identifying opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in leads and sales
  • Engaging in outreach activities
  • Measures of success :

  • Number of students enrolled
  • Revenue targets reached

  • Fluency in Russian and English
  • Excellent previous sales track record (3 years+ experience)
  • Strong storytelling skills and experience public speaking
  • Experience with higher education / deep understanding of the college application process
  • Interest in working with families and students to connect them to the best program
  • Comfort with video chat and speaking over the phone
  • An interest in changing the world through education
  • Driven, a team player, someone who has a competitive streak and likes to win, a person who makes great things happen for others and yourself
  • Experience that would be useful in this role :

  • Salesforce
  • Understanding of the US / UK Undergrad application process
