Job Description :
Be a leader in safety and environmental protection
Encourages systematic control of the safety, environmen, health protection and efficiency in order to
achieve world class performance indications to support Operational Excellence
Participates Behaviour Based Safety program
Identify the impact on key work processes and continuous improvement opportunities
Lead work process development for assurance of Startup (new facilities)
Identify / address requriements for the incident-free startup for PBF
Integrate existing workflow and optimization work processes
Develop and implement training for reporting requirements for NPTCW Safety Requirements
Develop measurable business results for team and stakeholders around Pressure Test Requirements
Lead development of communication plans to keep leaders and workforce informed
Break down the silos in our Project Ops and Prod Ops organization and focus / commit them to the successful startup of Utilities / PBF
Organizes meetings as required
Create a people and work process team comprised of representatives from Construction, Commisioning, operations and supervision for both existing and new facilities and Project Engineering
Participates in regular planning meetings
Interacts with multiple teams to efficiently plan the operational reqirements for reporting
Align business requirements with other Project and Base Business teams
Cooperates with other departments, outside organizations, customers, etc., to ensure safe and reliable operation of assets
Informs team on Safe Management of Closure Welds and Non-Pressure Tested Closure Welds
Set up and Train Team members on the development of the Testing Proceudures Processes and Closeout Verification for Assurance of Safe Operations
Recommends and Advises Operations, Quality and Enginneering on proven best practice tools developed for the management of Closure Welds
Contributes to work assurance by supporting and ensuring the Protecting People and Environment policy
Participates in safety meetings
Conducts safety audits (LWA, PTW, routine duties, LOTO, etc.) include reviews of closure weld locations for Training of Personnel
Requirements :
Education : Higher Education with Degree
Work experience : No less than 10 years in corresponding sphere
Language skills : Engiish; Russian
Computer skills : MS Office (Excel, Word)
