NERP requires a Project Production Management (PPM) Coordinator with 5 to 10 years of experience in Major Capital Projects (preferably Brownfield onshore projects) .
This position will be the main site representative for the Owners team interfacing with the Contractor Site Supervisor and personnel performing the work on site for this process.
Key responsibilities : Leads all aspects of PPM for site team. Responsible for setting the pace and direction of PPM deployment within the project.
Works with SPS Consultants and drives the team to be self-sufficient
Works with Atyrau PPM / PPC Team and makes sure that the Lessons Learned are adopted from Early Works Scope Leads the Continuous Improvement sessions and identifies the area for improvement and presents the tangible results PPM responsibilities include developing PPC deployment plans for identified scopes of work, executing PPM aligned with project execution plans, facilitating mapping and configuration sessions, initiating production scheduling and production planning, training of contractor users and deploying / championing Continuous Improvement and Capability Development processes.
Owner of the PPC web-based tool and responsible for providing work direction and PPM mentorship to the PPC Advanced Users.
PPM subject matter expert for field team Supports Contractor teams in all areas of execution of PPM Sets and monitors performance metrics for the effectiveness of PPM
