The Role :

Key responsibilities include :

  • Coordinates the development of key Project Operations Planning (POP) deliverables
  • Provides input to other key operations plans as required.
  • Serve as central SME resource for Project Operations Planning deliverable document development.
  • Create or modify existing style guide to ensure consistency of T8 deliverables.
  • Maps document content to established company base business practices to ensure that documents are written in accordance.
  • Engages key stakeholders across the organisation at all levels to support document content alignment, and development.
  • Engages subject matter experts in order to ensure that specialised topics are appropriately addressed and discussed.
  • Compose clear and coherent operational information using the latest project design and company base business support data.
  • Plan, develop, organise, write and edit information used in documents within his / her scope.
  • Determines the clearest and most logical way to present information and instructions for highest reader comprehension -
  • writes and edits information accordingly.

  • Reviews project schedules and milestones and ensures alignment with T8 deliverables.
  • Coordinates reviews of documents under development with stakeholders to ensure their input is appropriately captured.
  • Work closely with POP Advisor to ensure alignment of objectives and work scope are clearly understood.
  • Develops metrics and reports progress on regular basis.
  • Seeks input on the Project Operations Planning process from the POP Advisor to ensure alignment with process expectations.
