POSITION OBJECTIVES :
The position of Communications Manager is responsible for maintaining and executing communications strategy contributing into shaping public opinion of the company's image and reputation in the given geographical area.
The position requires strong project management of internal and external communications. Communications Manager establishes and manages relationships with internal and external stakeholders on regular basis.
Mainly focusing on internal communications, Communications Manager provides support to internal cross-functional projects and campaigns.
When and if required, extends their vision to external communications campaigns. Communications Manager supports activities around Employer brand and in the social responsibility projects development and implementation.
Event management both internal and external is a must for Communications Manager.
Accountabilities
Development and implementation of communications plans to support business objectives in accordance with company policy and current legislation
Development and implementation of communications & CSR projects : scenario, action plan; monitoring of media coverage (if and when required), analyzing projects effectiveness
Planning, executing and controlling Communications & CSR projects’ budget expenditures
As part of extended tasks organization of media events (round tables, press conferences, etc.)
Organization of employees events ensuring smooth Employee Experience
Coordination of the information content of the company's internal and external websites
Maintaining informational field of the internal communications
Managing PR agency tasks and other vendors’ delivery
Development and implementation of social responsibility (CSR) projects
Acting as the company’s brand guideline guard, corporate giveaway and branding coordination
Advocating for the corporate culture broadcasting company s values both internally and externally
Developing speeches for public and internal events, defining key messages
Providing communications trainings for employees when needed
Crisis communications when needed
Responding when needed to the incoming requests (e-mail from the official site, hotline, upcoming correspondence)

Experience and Education
Educational background in journalism, PR, marketing communications (preferable)
Master’s Degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, Business fields (preferable)
Experience in creating and successfully implementing communication strategies and plans
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferable)
Experience presenting and influencing at a senior level
Experience in planning and implementing PR / CSR campaigns
Knowledge of relevant legislation (Advertising, PR, Media laws)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
