Key responsibilities :
Sales analysis and reporting preparation, delivering regular presentations to Management Team and Field on Sales KPIs / figures performance.
Correct and timely execution of existing procedures on charging commissions and sales bonuses of Territory Managers, Division Managers and Division Trainers;
Improvement of existing reporting system;
Acquisition and providing statistics on sales department activity results according to primary activities;
Calculation and proper data placement in tables and graphs;
Control for adequate data provision in relation to results of sales department activity;
Timely information update in Concorde ERP system, in regards to territory sales representatives, control over information reliability.
Revealing and analyzing information needs of Sales department, finding solutions to satisfy the needs, testing and offering the best proposals to cover information needs.
Monitoring and analysis of incentive programs execution, providing information relating to interim and final results of its execution;
Informational and analytical support of marketing incentive programs, such as preparing forecasts of its planned execution.
We'd love you to have :
Higher education in Mathematics / Economics
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of English at the level of Upper-Intermediate
The advanced user of MS Excel, Access.
Proactive, high-achieving individual yet highly team-oriented
Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated history of strong achievement
Strong analytical skills
Self-starter capable of driving business results without significant supervision
