To provide stand alone job site execution of all aspects of the WCP operations including; equipment assembly, testing, inspection, installation and closure.
To teach customers on the functionality of our tools and to go through the job with them prior to performing the task.To perform JSA / JHA and other QHSE tasks prior to performing liner installation with Weatherford / customer / drilling contractor personnel.
Preparation and sign field acts / forms (filled out by senior customer / drilling contractor person at the rig). To fill out WPTS and EOJ / EOW (end of job / end of well) reports for submission to customers.
If necessary to train up, to supervise local field personnel who they may be assigned as the mentor of. To comply with global requirements like customer counts.
To participate in problem job investigations as required by line supervisor. May be required to get involved in assembly of tools in locations where liner systems does not have an operational structure.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Perform job preparation tasks such as; measuring and documenting sales and rental items, assembly of tools per work instructions, preparation for testing, disassembly and repair of items per procedure.
Prepare equipment for dispatch; package and load-out.
Perform necessary pre-job calculations to validate job design and equipment selection.
Perform the following; pre-job briefing, on-site equipment inspection and installation per job program.
To liase with WCP operations manager to convey ongoing operations on rig on a daily basis.
To work with customer and country product line operations manager to address any unplanned events that may affect the performance of the liner tools.
Recommend measures to improve methods, performance, safety and quality to increase efficiency.
To coach / mentor local personnel to be able to assemble and install liner systems, and other WCP equipment.
To instruct customer personnel on the functionality of our tools and go over the steps of the job with them prior to the actual installation so that everyone is aware of what is happening.
And so that any forseeable issues can be raised up front.
To perform on site JSA / JHA with customer / drilling contractor personnel to ensure that all HSE and quality risks are addressed prior to performing the installation.
To drive the completion of the job brief and job debrief which is to be completed in conjunction with the operations manager / supervisor / coordinator responsible for the location where the liner is to be installed.
To ensure that job tickets are signed and all dates are accurate.
To ensure that customer counts form and any other customer specific forms (customer satisfaction, customer inventory etc) are completed by the necesssary rig personnel.
To complete job information in WPTS including the customer counts satisfaction part withing 5 days after job completion.
To complete end of job / end of well report for approval by operations coordinator / supervisor / manager so that it can be submitted to the customer.
To help or to supervise assembly of tools for remote locations where we do not have a team of people assigned for assembling of said tools.
To help with addressing of problem jobs that they were involved with or other problem jobs their help is requested on by their line supervisor.
High School Degree, Oil and Gas University
No oilfield experience is required (graduate)
