Brief Posting Description

We are currently sourcing Site Asset Area Co-ordinator's to join our team in Tengiz, Kazakhstan, site based role working a 28 days on / 28 days off rotation.

The Site Asset Area Coordinators will have primary responsibility for MAC Onshore field execution within their assigned Asset area.

They will report to the MAC Site Construction and Systems Manager and also to the Client Asset Senior Project Manager for the assigned area.

Detailed Description

The Project has 3 Asset areas : Gathering, 3GP and 3GI. For MAC, there is a 4th asset area which is the IOCC.

The Site Asset Area Coordinators will be the single point of Client contact for MAC Operations in the assigned Asset area.

The key responsibilities are (for the assigned Asset area) :

  • MAC HES performance
  • MAC resources
  • MAC sub-contractor field supervision
  • Management of Mod packs installation and completions
  • Support Client Asset in Construction, pre commissioning, commissioning and systems hand over
  • Minimum Experience :

    A number of year’s experience in Site execution coordination on world class projects.

    Site sub-contractor supervision experience.

    Interpersonal Skills and Competencies :

    The ability to Enforce Field HES requirements, Quality and schedule performance.

    Excellent communications skills required in written and verbal (English language). Required to interface with client, MAC site team and sub-contractors)

    Field execution leadership.

    Business & Industry Experience :

    Automation design and construction experience.

    Honeywell Experion (C300) and Safety Manager experience preferred.

    Field team leadership in challenging overseas environments.

    Educational Attainments :

    Technical degree or relevant qualification with experience in Automation or allied industry.
