Knowledge and experience in inter na tional PMC contracts related to the develo pment and execution EPC Contracts.
Relevant skills include Piping & Mecha nical design for Pipeline, Block Valve, Pig Trap, Gas Metering Station and Compressor Station.

g. Fuel as kid, Instrument Air Package, Lube Oil and Mineral Oil Skid) and Utility system (e.g. Flare, Vent Stack, Closed Drain System, Water Wells, Treatment and Supply, Fire Water System),
Experience in Mecha nical engineering Design documen tation and Mecha nical Vendor documen tation re-view.
Experience in Stress analysis calcu lation vetting and with pipe and spring support design and review
Experience in Piping Layout and General arran gement Design drawings review and development ;
Prepa ration and hands-on experience in Mecha nical engineering documen tation (speci fi ca tions, engineering requi sition, equipment data sheets, etc.
including training / mentoring of local staff, where applicable.
Experience in Pipelines, Gas-Turbine Compressors and Power Generation, parti cu larly in respect of Com-pressor or Power Stations.
Experience in major Onshore or Offshore Oil & Gas Projects, or for Major Oil Company or EPC Contractor would be a plus.
Experience in pre-award technical activities, involving quali fi cation of Bidders, would be preferable.
Contracts Develo pment Experience, supporting the drafting of technical scope of work of ITB’s, parti cu larly for EPC scope and Lump Sum conditions.
Experience in dealing with Contracts in the CIS (e.g., Republic of Kazakhstan or Russian Federation) is pre-ferred.
Knowledge of relevant API, ASME, ISO and other Inter na tional Design and Construction Standards and codes GOST and SNiP.
Having a good mindset for job organiz ation and being capable of creating an effective relati onship with Client and Suppliers

Qualification
Must have sound knowledge and under standing of technical terms and conditions.
Familiar with all phases of сontracts.
Awareness of compliance and audit processes.
Ability to identify changes and impro ve ments to the technical documen tation and proce dures to reflect Cli-ent’s changing requirements.
Knowledge of computer based systems including, CAD, Naviswork, Caesar II , Database Management sys-tems, Excel, Word, Microsoft Office or equivalent software packages.
Be proactive, a self-starter and ability to work without supervision.
Syste matic thinker and good organiz a tional skills / time management.
Strong perso nality with ability to be firm and persuasive without authority.
Team player within and across functions.
Sensitive to Client’s requi re ments and Client-focused.
Education : Bachelor degree in engineering is minimum requi rement. Master degree preferred
Language skills : English is advantageous
Profes sional experience : Min 15 years, (Min 5 years managerial experience)
