Job-holder entry requirements

Knowledge and skills, working experience :

Education : Higher education

Work experience : At least 4-6 months experience in pharm business (marketing)

Knowledge : professional PC user

The level of proficiency in a foreign language : Fluent English

1. Organization of events :

  • Ensure optimal presence of sanofi aventis at major conference
  • Build best in class stand-alone events
  • Ensure optimal follow-up
  • Booth activity, symposia.
  • 2. Coordination of planning and implementation of projects with KOL :

  • Developing action plan models for advocacy
  • Follow-up execution
  • KOLs coordination between Marketing and Medical departments in frame of events.
  • 3. Management National events, also Marketing and Medical events by brands, including planning, implementation and follow up in close collaboration with sales and other departments.

    4. Other projects.

    5. Participation in the projects to increase sales effectiveness.

    6. Communicates effectively within department and with the other teams in order to achieve integrated plans, forecasts and activities.

  • Competence : Responsibility, aim-oriented, loyalty, company value’s advocate; knowledge of regulations, company standards and procedures, promotion strategy, knowledge of competitors, organizational events skills, keep in touch skills and making long relationship skills with opinion leaders and with decision makers;
  • gather, analyzing and using information about territory; planning of activity and reporting, territory knowledge; knowledge of time of reporting, settled by the Company;
  • knowledge of special reporting programs; knowledge of event list, employee should inform company about in settled time and forms.
